Filofax Pretties: Using HEMA for Week 32 + SoJoey Inserts

This morning when I was thinking about decorating my Filofax, I had a thought that I didn't want to use my new things on Filofax pages. I wanted to use them on my pages. I haven't made personal pages for myself so I quickly rustled these up and printed them and then got to work! I really like my own pages so I should probably do some more for the following weeks! The only thing that sways me to do my own pages is the quality of the paper. I can't deal with not being able to use any pen on the Filofax paper. It drives me crazy!

How nice is the washi!? I really like the text one! They're going to make my letters look extra special!

Filofax Pretties: Week 28 + New Washi

My decorating is back in full swing because I have new washi to motivate me. You know how it is!

Thank you Joe&Flo :D

This is my week in my Personal Aqua Saffiano. I don't have that much planned because since it's Ramadan, I spend a lot of my time not doing things. Instead I've been seeking spiritual enhancement. That and Laura is working on all the days that I'm not.

THIS ORANGE WASHI IS KILLING ME! It's so nice!
So nice, that I used it in my A5 too! And MERMAIDS!

There's nothing in here yet because I use my A5 as a reflective journal more so than a planner. My months are for planning, but my weeklies or for writing nonsense things that I've done or felt.

Filofax Pretties: Playing Catch Up

I haven't shown you guys my decor for weeks! I've been seriously lacking. To be perfectly honest,  time just ran away from me. Like where did June even go? I don't know what's happening!! So here is the week before last. I can't even show you last week because it was over before I even got the chance to decorate it. Fail on me.

I got given this beautiful Kirstie Allsop washi tape as a late birthday present and I adore it! It's safe to say that after I got it, I've been using it on everything!

Can you remember what I did on Thursday? I can't!

I remember now! I made pies ALL DAY LONG! I love pies as much as the next person, but they take forever to make and we made looooadddss.

The thing I like about having penpals, along with getting to know different people from all over the world, is that they send me beautiful washi samples that just brighten my day. Thank you wonderful people overseas!

Filofax Pretties: A5 Inserts

I don't know if you can tell, but my life is consumed by all things Filofax at the moment. I can't get enough of it. I spend every moment either thinking about new inserts to make or making inserts or just talking to people about inserts. My blog is consumed by it! There haven't been any personal posts for a while and my blog is so different to what it was a year ago. I'm really enjoying myself though, and I feel like I'm on a really exciting new adventure and I'm so glad that I've got all of you to come on my journey with me.

These are the weekly inserts that I've made. I intended to make them for May and June because the Filofax inserts only started in July, but I like my inserts so much more now so I'm making them for the whole year. They're just less unobtrusive than the Filofax ones and they are printed on better paper, which I'm sure the entire Filofax community can get behind me on. As gorgeous as Filofaxes are, their paper quality is a bit abysmal and it makes it so hard to use your favourite pens. As a pen hoarder, I'm glad I've printed my inserts on paper that can be written on with virtually any pen!

I constantly find myself having ideas for blogs at the most random times, like when I'm driving or cleaning the kitchen and then I always forget to write them down. If I do write them down, I lose them so I've found the perfect fix to my problem and I created these blog post inserts to help me keep track of what I'm doing. When they're completed I can put a little sticker there for good behaviour and managing to accomplish my task!

Thank you for all the positive feedback you have been giving me recently, it's making me so happy. I'm currently working on getting commercial licences for the fonts I use so that I can start making these for you guys. Please share your blog with me in the comments or any pictures of your planners so I can see what you're all up to (in a non-stalker way!). I'd just love to see your set-ups and inserts you use.

Filofax Pretties: Welcome to A5

Yess! I have finally bought an A5 Filofax. It's been a long time coming because I've been uhming and ahhing about it for months and months. Then my friends got bigger planners and I just had to do it too. I started making inserts and got dividers for it way before I even had the A5.

Here it is in all it's shiny pink glory!

Here are inserts and dividers. The dividers I got from Organise with Katie and the inserts which aren't Filofax are ones that I made myself.

I'm very proud of these monthly inserts! They're taking forever to make, but I'm really liking them.

I love it! She's very shiny and nice to handle and I like that she lies flat, but I think she's going to be very prone to scratches. I had to turn down two before I found this one because the others were already scratched. For now she'll be staying home and soon soon I'll be making a case for her.
