Filofax Pretties: Week 13

I am so excited for this week! It's my favourite week! I cut out bits of my Easter Egg box to make the Marvel dashboard and used some pretty Dear Lizzy paper! Captain America: The Winter Soldier is out this week, so what better decoration to have than a Marvel Week!

Incoming: Happy Mail!

Knitting and Stitching Show Haul

On the weekend, the lovely ladies of Trinket Trade and I, went to The Knitting and Stitching Show. You gotta keep tradition going! I must say, the show has changed a lot since the first year. I have to be honest and say that I preferred it in it's first year. There was a bigger emphasis on all sorts of craft, like papercraft, cake making, knitting, crochet and stitching. It went from three floors, to one and there are about 3 papercraft stalls, none of them stocking stuff like the first year. There were so much more bargains to be had! This year the focus was mainly on knitting and stitching, hence the name 'The Knitting and Stitching Show', but it was nice to have the other stalls in previous years.

I went with a shopping list, the majority of which was focused around scrapbooking and papercraft. Thus, I was a bit disheartened to find that the scrapbooking stall I was hoping for was not there. I can't even remember what it was called from the previous years, but I know I loved it! Someone help me out?

This year I bought a lot of fabric because the fabric was just too gorgeous to pass up! There were ideas whizzing around my head of what I could make, so at least I was feeling inspired!

I also signed up to Mollie Makes! It was on a special offer and it's really such a lovely magazine! It will inspire me further!

Aren't they gorgeous!! I am so excited to get sewing with them. Check out Favourite Fabrics for more lovely fabrics!

I can't remember the stall where I got these from, but I really could not resist! I think I bought these after I said "That's it! No more fabric!!"

Watch this space for future sojoey creations!

Filofax Pretties: Week 12

There's just something about black and pink! I've become such a fan of  layering tape. Not much written down for this week, but my head is constantly buzzing especially as at the end of this week we plan to launch Trinket Trade. It's all I think about!!

Paperchase Pens

Prettify your life with Paperchase Pens. They come in a whole heap of designs and I'm 110% sure that you'll want to buy all of them. I decided to go for this lovely one because it matched my Filofax really nicely. It's just too pretty and I'll definitely be buying more in the future. They're only £2.00 too and write really well. I think they're all black ink, which is good because blue biro is so 90's.

Filofax Pretties: Week 11

I really thought that I'd already posted the photos of week 11. I must have been dreaming it! I shall show you now because tomorrow is the Knitting and Stitching Show and it's the highlight of my week!

I got these lovely tapes for less than half price from Hobby Craft. I think this whole range was on sale!
I've had a lot of outgoing mail and a lot of incoming mail too. I'm in the process of trying to get on top of all the letters I have to write. I have 5 letters to reply to. Do you think I can do it in a week? Check back at the end of the week to find out!

Filofax Pretties: Week 10

This week has actually felt like spring. It hasn't rained a great deal and the sun has been out and it's been a little bit warm. So, florals for spring! Groundbreaking! :p (That's a Devil Wears Prada reference in case you didn't get that!) I took these photos are the start of the week so it doesn't look like I did much, but it's much fuller now!
