Perfect Presents

My wonderful friend, Beth, bought these for me for Christmas and she knows me very well because I will love any present from Paperchase! I can't wait to do my nails, I might do them tomorrow actually! The stitched journal is just perfect. I wish I had good things to write in it, but I just don't know what to put in there. If only I were a writer.

Filofax Pretties: Week 2

This week is a nice calm week. Everything is back to normal and it's all quiet. I've decided to start being fit again so yesterday was day one. I have a fitness plan which I can show you tomorrow. I forgot to take photos of it today. It's only day two, but I feel positive about it.

My decorating this week features the new tape I got from a stall in Shoreditch. It really is too cute!

The weekend before this one was a big weekend for me. I drove on the motorway for the first time. Although the weather was really bad on Saturday, I survived it! I feel proud of myself for the way my driving has improved recently! I'm feeling confident about it now.

This is my pencil case with the pens I use the most in my Filo- Eraseable Muji Pens in Light Blue and Black, Pilot Hi Tec C Coleto in Black, Black Blue, Purple and Pink, Muji Pen in Red, Pencil, Stabilo Write For All Fine in Black (for writing on washi), Sharpie Marker of some sort (just in case), Uniball Eraseable Pens in Pink and Green.

Scrapbooking Update

As 2013 has now ended, I thought it best to get my skates on with my scrapbook. Otherwise, I'm going to be really really behind! I should really have finished it while we were still in 2013. It's really coming together now though, so hopefully I'll be done soon. Here's some of my recent pages. I used to pretty new paper I got in the sales!

I just need to put a couple of finishing touches on the last two pages that I've shown you, but otherwise I'm really pleased with these ones. I love those letters!

Snail Mail Revolution

I have finally sent out my first pen pal letters! I had such fun writing them and putting them together. In the past when I've made packages look really pretty and sent them out, they've been "lost" in the mail, so I didn't make these as pretty, just to be on the safe side. It's prettier on the inside!

Typo Stuff!

My sister is amazing and sends me stuff from Typo because she knows I love it! This time I got a wall planner and some polaroid cards. Love both of them!

I've started filling in my wall planner and it makes me feel so organised, especially as I have things written down in my Filofax too. I'm planning on just having a very organised year! No matter how much I write things down, I do still forget stuff. Silly ole brain!

Josie Makes Jewellery

I requested a necklace from Josie Makes, because she makes beautiful jewellery and for Christmas she gave me the necklace I wanted. It's beautiful!!

Drawing Day

We decided to have a drawing day and I planned on doing Calligraphy with my ink and dip pens but it wasn't as successful as I thought it would be.

Then we watched Hairspray and I drew this. That's all I did in the space of about 3 hours. May the next drawing day be more successful!
